In 1975 we started a free job referral service to spread the wisdom of tapping into the tremendous resource of talents and skills of America's seniors. Our senior citizens are perhaps America's most wasted natural resource.
Expertise, knowledge and experience, developed over decades, simply do not vanish at any designated age! We must assure older Americans a place in the in the mainstream of life in meaningful, productive, financially rewarding tax-contributing roles.
Over 35 years ago we forewarned about the impending tax burden of 78 Million Baby Boomers reaching retirement age expecting Social Security and Government provided Social Services, like Medicare & Medicaid.
We always wondered why more seniors did not apply for a HUD reverse mortgage loan instead of looking for a job. We soon realized that this safe government program is misunderstood.
