Orlando, FL 1975 Eric Summers founded the Senior Job Bank, A Non-Profit Referral Service, Inc. to spread the wisdom of tapping into the tremendous resource of talents and skills of America's aging population.
 
In 1980 The Senior Job Bank attracted National News because of Summers' refusal to accept federal grants. He firmly believed that government was the reason why everything was out of whack in this country. We were a refreshing alternative to more government.
 
The Future is Here. Over Thirty (30) years ago, Summers forewarned about the tax burden of 78 Million Seniors reaching retirement age. People are living longer creating unexpected demands on their retirement incomes.
    
In 1999 The Senior Job Bank moved to the Internet where it gained greater recognition and a national audience.
   
In 2000 Summers always wondered why more seniors didn't take advantage of Reverse Mortgages and soon realized there are many misconceptions about this safe and highly regulated government program. He started the Reverse Mortgage Lenders Organization to help seniors and their families get the truth about reverse mortgages. 
    
In 2005 All rights to the Senior Job Bank were turned over to the NHC Group in Massachusetts so they could automate the job placement process.
